Follow the red line on the below map. Take SH17 towards Mysore. After about 130Kms, turn right on the bypass after Srirangapatnam towards Rangananthitu or KRS Dam. Go straight towards Yelwal - Bilikere - Hunsur which is 46 Kms from Srirangpatnam bypass. Before Hunsur the road forks left to go into the Hunsur town and Nagarhole. Avoid that. Go straight. After Hunsur the road again forks. This time take a left towards Virajpeth/Nagarhole or Gonikoppal (SH88).
Before Gonikoppal town take a left (watch out for 'East West Coffee works board and factory) towards Mayamudhi village and after 4.5 kms you will find a board on left hand side called 'A venture of VjHolidayz. Coffee bean homestay' (as in the below picture).

Once you checkin, you can use the remaining day to visit Nagarhole and Irpu falls. The jungle safari in Nagarhole starts from 3.30pm. If you are a wild life enthusiast and would be disappointed without sighting wildlife, other best practice is to start at 5am and reach the gates at 6am. It is the best time to spot wildlife. Ofcourse luck plays a major role.
